- 出口报关
首先交发货人提供的出口货物报关单的各项内容输入电脑，即电脑预录入。在通过电脑填制的报关单上加盖报关单位的报关专用章；然后将报关单与有关的发票、装箱单和货运单综合在一起，并根据需要随附有关的证明文件；以上报关单证齐全后，由持有报关证的报关员正式向海关申报；海关审核无误后，海关官员即在用于发运的运单正本上加盖放行章，同时在出口收汇核销单和出口报关单上加盖放行章，在发货人用于产品退税的单证上加盖验讫章，粘上防伪标志；完成出口报关手续。
十三、出仓单
配舱方案制定后就可着手编制出仓单：出仓单的日期、承运航班的日期、装载板箱形式及数量、货物进仓顺序编号、总运单号、件数、重量、体积、目的地三字代码和备注。
十四、提板箱
向航空公司申领板、箱并办理相应的手续。提板、箱时，应领取相应的塑料薄膜和网。对所使用的板、箱要登记、消号。
十五、货物装箱装板
注意事项：不要用错集装箱、集装板，不要用错板型、箱型；不要超装箱板尺寸；要垫衬，封盖好塑料纸，防潮、防雨淋；集装箱、板内货物尽可能配装整齐，结构稳定，并接紧网索，防止运输途中倒塌；对于大宗货物、集中托运货物，尽可能将整票货物装一个或几个板、箱内运输。
